Who can sign up for a NoctisOne account?

Businesses that require a bulk wire service or a mass payout service should sign up with NoctisOne as well as consumers that are expecting to receive payment for services that they provide such as affiliates, traffic partners and more. There are countries that are restricted for use with NoctisOne and these are the OFAC countries. Currently, sanctioned countries include the Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.  The list of sanctioned countries is updated periodically and is available here.

Do I need to have a NoctisOne account in order to send bulk wires?

Yes, anyone that is disbursing funds through the NoctisOne platform must have a registered Corporate Account with NoctisOne. There are corporate and personal identity items that need to be processed before funds can be sent to your recipients.

Does my recipient need to have a NoctisOne account in order to accept a bulk wire?

For bulk wires sent via the NoctisOne platform, your recipients do not need to have a NoctisOne personal account in order to receive funds. If you are sending mass payments into the NoctisOne eWallet, your recipients must have a registered NoctisOne personal account.

Can I send funds anywhere in the world?

NoctisOne can facilitate transfers to local banks in over 200 countries and more than 150+ currencies.

What currencies are available?

NoctisOne prepaid MasterCards can be issued in USD, EUR and GBP. With bulk wires, NoctisOne has more than 150+ currencies available.

Do you offer account support?

What are the fees?

What are the limits on my account?

Each NoctisOne account type has varying limits and fees associated. Please log into your account to view set limits.

What happens if I lose my NoctisOne card?

If you have misplaced or had your NoctisOne MasterCard stolen, please contact us immediately to cancel your card. We will issue you a new card for a replacement fee.

Can I use my NoctisOne card anywhere?

NoctisOne cards are EMV enabled Chip and Pin cards and are issued with a Global licence which allow you to use our cards almost worldwide. There are some countries that are restricted for use.

Are my funds secure when I send them to you?
